How We can work Together:
In most instances Insomnia can be resolved in under 5 sessions, with improvements enjoyed and experienced from the very first session.
I work from the position of Empowering people with the skills, beliefs and knowledge to successfully overcome the challenge they’re facing. This means that it’s not just about helping you resolve the situation you’re facing right now, but also giving you the ability to avoid it reoccurring in the future.
One of the main threads of the therapeutic process, and where most session plans begin, is to restore some healthy balance to your nervous system and give you the tools to regulate your emotional state.
Session can and will involve a range of processes designed to; stimulate new understanding and perspectives, to release stress and tension, to provide empowering personal insight, and to make the necessary cognitive and emotional changes to bring you the desired results.
All sessions are collaborative and experiential. You will remember as much about the sessions as you would any regular conversation. You will be in control the whole time, and each set of sessions is tailored specifically to you, and to what you want to achieve. I do not read/use generic scripts.
